You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use sm607. Creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
Each player is permitted one sm607 account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds therein forfeited pending investigation. Contact support to recover a locked account rather than registering again.
All sm607 bonuses, including the welcome deposit bonus, are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to abuse bonus terms will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
All transactions on sm607 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sm607 supports BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
sm607 uses automated and manual systems to detect fraudulent activity, match-fixing collusion, arbitrage betting, and bonus abuse. Accounts found in violation of fair-play rules will be suspended without prior notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the sm607 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's use of the Platform:
To become a Member of sm607, you must complete the online registration form available via the sm607 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. sm607 reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating reasons.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent update — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance held in your Wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. sm607 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sm607 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
All sm607 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. sm607 does not operate multi-currency wallets and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
sm607 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. sm607 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international wire transfers at this time.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to a Member's Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt by sm607's payment processing system. sm607 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. sm607 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 3 hours, subject to KYC verification status and the Member's bank's own processing windows. sm607 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
In the event that a deposit or withdrawal transaction fails, Members should contact sm607 support via live chat or at [email protected], providing the transaction reference number, the amount, the originating account, and the date and time of the attempted transaction. sm607 will investigate and respond within 24 hours (WIB).
sm607 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit bonus for new Members, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on sports and casino losses, mix parlay (accumulator) insurance, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, commencing from the date and time the bonus is credited to the Member's Wallet. Bonuses not wagered through within the validity period will be forfeited automatically. No extensions will be granted except at sm607's sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.
sm607 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., placing opposing bets across markets); and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional conditions. Members found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
sm607 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account at the time the change takes effect, except where sm607 has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was obtained through abuse or fraud.
sm607 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where sm607 believes a bet has been placed in error, where a market has been incorrectly priced, or where sm607 suspects fraudulent or collusive activity. sm607's decision on the acceptance or rejection of any bet is final.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and gaming products on sm607. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, event, game type, and Member account tier. sm607 may adjust individual Member stake limits at any time based on betting patterns or risk assessment, without prior notice.
sm607 takes sporting integrity extremely seriously. Any Member found to have placed bets on events in which they have a direct influence, or found to have knowledge of, or participation in, any match-fixing or corruption arrangement, will have their Account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited. sm607 cooperates fully with relevant sporting bodies and law enforcement agencies in integrity investigations.
In the event of a system malfunction, game error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect settlement of bets or the crediting of winnings that were not legitimately won, sm607 reserves the right to void the affected bets and reclaim any erroneously credited funds. Winnings paid as a result of a verifiable technical error do not constitute legitimate winnings and are recoverable by sm607.
Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time the bet is placed. Due to the real-time nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay between the Member's bet submission and confirmation. sm607 reserves the right to void live bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded, even where a confirmation message was displayed to the Member.
sm607 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawals and in any case where sm607 has reason to verify a Member's identity for compliance purposes. This process is commonly referred to as KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
KYC verification on sm607 requires the submission of the following documents:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission of all required documents. sm607 will notify the Member via their registered email address upon completion of the verification review. Withdrawals will be held pending KYC completion and will be released promptly upon successful verification.
If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request by sm607, sm607 reserves the right to suspend the Member's Account and withhold any pending withdrawal until verification is completed. In cases of suspected identity fraud, sm607 may permanently close the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without sm607's express prior written consent.
The sm607 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of sm607. Unauthorized use of any sm607 trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under applicable law.
sm607 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sm607 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, sm607 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from Platform downtime, scheduled maintenance, or technical failures beyond sm607's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sm607 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or data loss, even if sm607 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any event, sm607's total cumulative liability to any Member in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their sm607 Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Members acknowledge that betting and gambling involve inherent financial risk and that sm607 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform. By using sm607, each Member accepts that they bear full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
sm607 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification upon request; or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
During a period of Account suspension, the Member will be unable to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. Where sm607 closes an Account due to a Member's breach of these Terms, sm607 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Member misconduct (e.g., regulatory withdrawal from a market), any verified balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following completion of KYC.
Members who wish to voluntarily close their sm607 Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Before the Account is closed, any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Member's registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC and withdrawal conditions. Voluntary account closure takes effect within 48 hours of the request being confirmed.
sm607 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, Members consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sm607 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmitted between Members and the Platform. Member passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. sm607 does not sell, rent, or share Member personal data with third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by law.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sm607 holds its primary international gaming license. Members acknowledge that the legality of online gambling varies across jurisdictions and that they are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local laws applicable to them.
In the event of any dispute between a Member and sm607 regarding a bet settlement, account balance, or bonus calculation, the Member should contact sm607 support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with full particulars of the dispute. sm607 undertakes to investigate all disputes in good faith and to provide a written response within 5 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, sm607's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, game outcomes, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures of sm607's licensing authority. Members agree to exhaust sm607's internal dispute process before seeking any external remedy.
sm607 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. sm607 will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of material changes via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification.
A Member's continued use of the sm607 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes their acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Member does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform immediately and may request voluntary account closure as described in Clause 11.3.
